Brauer Hall is the new home of Washington University - St. Louis’ School of Engineering’s Department of Energy, Environmental & Chemical Engineering.

It also serves as space for the International Center for Advanced Renewable Energy & Sustainability and shares facilities with the University’s Department of Biomedical Engineering. Brauer Hall , which is LEED® Gold certified, spans 150,875 square feet and is designed with the same Collegiate Gothic style that is characteristic of Washington University’s Danforth Campus.  It boasts laboratories, classrooms (including distance education classrooms), specialized teaching areas, conference rooms, faculty offices, and numerous student work spaces.  

Hager Companies provided 3400 Series cylindrical locks, 5100 Series surface door closers, full mortise hinges, Roton continuous hinges, electromagnetic door holders, flush bolts, floor and wall stops, door protection plates, and threshold and weatherstripping products.
